Packed with care
Each learner's pack is labelled, packed by class and delivered to school within 2 working days after your payment reflects (during school term). If you pay during the December–January school holidays, your pack is delivered in January, before the first school day.
Prefer to collect it yourself? We'll let you know when your labelled pack is ready to collect at the school.
Out of stock? If an item on the list is out of stock, we replace it with one of the same or better quality at no extra cost, and tell you what we replaced.
Good questions
Yes. You can add up to three children to one order, each with their own school, grade and items. For a fourth child, please place a second order.
Set those items to 0 on the order form, or untick a subject your child doesn't take. Your total updates straight away, so you pay only for what you order.
Choose the grade anyway, or choose "Other school" and type its name, then upload your school's list when you order. We'll email you a quote within one working day. Please don't pay for that child until you've accepted it.
Yes, for any school. Under "Choose your list", choose "A teacher" and upload your stationery list. We'll email you a quote within one working day, with how we'll deliver or when you can collect, and you pay by EFT once you've accepted it.
If an item on the list is out of stock, we replace it with one of the same or better quality at no extra cost, and tell you what we replaced.
Yes, free of charge within one working day of ordering. WhatsApp or email us with your order number. After that, you can still cancel before delivery: see our terms of sale.
Each child's items are packed and delivered as one pack, so we don't take back single items unless they're faulty. You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your pack by returning the complete, unused pack. Faulty items are covered for six months.
By EFT, using your order number as the payment reference. You can pay first and upload your proof with your order, or place your order first and reply to your confirmation email with your proof. If you left items out, pay once we've confirmed your total.
We use your and your children's details only to process and deliver your order, and delete them after the end of the school year. For tax records we keep only the order number, date, amount and how it was paid. See our privacy policy for more.
